We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weekend and peak season dates (May–October). Popular dates fill quickly. A 50% deposit locks in your date the moment you're ready.

We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before the event to complete the full installation. Breakdown happens after your event window ends.

Absolutely — our full-day rental is designed for exactly this. Your set is yours for up to the time requested, so use it as your ceremony backdrop, then reposition it for portraits or the reception as your event flows.

Yes, with conditions. Outdoor setups require access to a stable, level surface, access to power, and protection from wind and weather. We'll request your venue specifics to make sure everything is set for success.

Our backdrop sets require a minimum footprint of approximately 10–12 feet wide and 10 feet of ceiling clearance. For the photo booth, we recommend a minimum of 10×10 feet with 10 feet of ceiling clearance for a comfortable guest experience.
